Most restaurants open for lunch at 12 pm and dinner at 6 pm; late‑night street food runs until 3 am.
Tip about 10 % of the bill if service isn’t included; cash is preferred for small stalls.
Reservations are only needed for larger sit‑down places; street vendors are first‑come, first‑served.
