Delete it in the app

1. Open triptime.ai or the Triptime app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap your email address at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Or ask us by email

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and sign-in details, including a connected Google sign-in
• Your profile: name, home city, "about you" and profile photo
• Trips, saved places, packing lists, Bucket Lists, Mira chat history and settings saved to your account
• The copies of this data in the browser where you delete the account

What is kept

• Shared links. Plans and lists you shared with a link are not tied to your account, so the links keep working for the people you sent them to. To remove a shared link, write to [email protected] with the link.
• Anonymous usage statistics. Counts such as "a plan was created" don't identify you and are kept.
• Server logs are kept for a short period for security, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data saved in other browsers where you used Triptime without signing in stays in those browsers until you clear it.
