1. The service

Triptime AI ("we", "us") is an AI-powered trip planner. It suggests places and routes, shows maps, weather and packing lists, and lets you save and share trip plans. The service is currently free. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use Triptime AI.

3. Your trips and data

You don't need an account. Your trips are saved in your own browser, and you are responsible for keeping copies you need. We are not responsible for trips lost because browser data was cleared, a device changed or storage failed.

4. Acceptable use

When using Triptime AI, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
• overload, attack or disrupt the service, or try to get around its limits or security;
• scrape or copy the service or its data in bulk, or use automated tools to access it, except search engines indexing public pages;
• resell or commercially use the service without our written permission.

5. Content you share

You are responsible for what you put in trip titles, notes and shared plans. When you create a share link, you allow us to store and display that plan to anyone with the link, and to show selected plans in the Trip Gallery. You keep any rights you have in your content. We may remove shared content that breaks these terms or that we are asked to remove by law.

6. AI-generated content

Plans, descriptions and answers from Mira are created automatically. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use them as suggestions and check important details yourself. See our Disclaimer.

7. Third-party services and links

Triptime AI uses data from third parties and links to external websites, such as venue sites and map services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Any booking or purchase you make elsewhere is between you and that provider.

8. Intellectual property

The Triptime AI name, logo, design and software belong to Triptime AI. You may use the service and share your own plans, but you may not copy, modify or distribute the service itself. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Photos and texts from third parties belong to their owners and are used under their licenses.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, reliability or availability, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Triptime AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from your travel decisions, including missed bookings, closed venues, travel costs, injury or damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and ending use

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the service. You may stop using Triptime AI at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
